Historical Resource Inventory and Evaluation Report / CEQA Impacts Analysis

JRP prepared a Historical Resource Inventory and Evaluation Report as a part of the Kings River Conservation District’s Application for Power Plant Site Certification to the California Energy Commission and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance.  JRP inventoried and evaluated 110 properties including 21 canals representing large irrigation districts like the Consolidated Irrigation District and Alta Vista Irrigation District as well as small independent ditch and canal companies. Following the identification of four properties eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places, JRP prepared a CEQA impacts analysis for the project.

Prepared for Navigant Consulting, California Energy Commission, 2007-2008.
