Historical Resource Inventory and Evaluation Report / CEQA Impacts Analysis / Finding of Effect / Technical Memorandum

JRP prepared reports regarding historic resources for the BART extension from Fremont through San Jose to Santa Clara.  This included preparation of a land use history and evaluation of about 250 properties along existing and proposed rail line in the cities of Fremont, Milpitas, San Jose, and Santa Clara, California.  JRP developed this history based on local and regional research conducted in records of the city, county, state, and federal government records and archival sources.  JRP prepared inventory and evaluation documents compliant with both Section 106 and CEQA for historic architectural resource, as well as impacts (CEQA) and effects (Section 106) analysis for those historic properties identified by survey.  JRP has also conducted additional inventory, evaluation, and impacts analysis in response to project revisions since 2005 and is currently assisting with the development of mitigation.

Prepared for Santa Clara Valley Transit Authority, 2007-2008.
